About Gigi & Olive: Gigi & Olive is a luxury bridal and gifting brand specialising in personalised wedding accessories and gifts. Founded by Georgie Le Roux, we are a small but dynamic team dedicated to bringing joy and personal touches to weddings and special occasions. As we continue to grow, we are seeking a passionate Operations Manager to support our expansion and streamline our operations.

Role Overview: We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Operations Manager to oversee and optimize our day-to-day operations, ensuring the smooth running of key business processes. Acting as the right-hand person to our Founder, Georgie Le Roux, you will take on the operational workload, allowing her to focus on business growth and creative direction. This role is perfect for a leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a keen eye for detail, efficiency, and scaling.

Key Responsibilities:

Operational Leadership
  • Oversee all operational aspects of the business, ensuring efficient workflow across departments.
  • Implement new systems and processes to streamline operations, improve productivity, and support scaling efforts.
  • Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure operational efficiency and identify areas for improvement.
  • Work closely with the Founder on strategic planning and execution, supporting overall business growth.
Supply Chain & Fulfilment
  • Manage relationships with suppliers and third-party logistics providers, ensuring timely production and delivery of products.
  • Optimize the supply chain to reduce lead times and ensure cost-effective procurement of materials.
  • Oversee order fulfilment, working closely with the fulfilment team to meet and exceed customer expectations in delivery.
Inventory & Stock Management
  • Implement and manage robust inventory control processes to minimize stockouts, overstock situations, and ensure optimal stock levels.
  • Regularly review stock movement, conduct audits, and adjust inventory strategies to align with sales patterns and demand forecasting.
  • Work closely with the product team to plan replenishment and manage stock allocation, ensuring accurate stock availability for customers.
  • Develop reports to track inventory turnover and identify areas for improvement, reducing waste and maximising efficiency.
Financial & Administrative Oversight
  • Handle budgeting, invoicing, and financial tracking, ensuring operational costs are controlled while maximizing profitability.
  • Develop financial reports and assist in the creation of forecasts to support decision-making and business planning.
  • Liaise with accounting teams to ensure timely payments and invoice processing.
Customer Experience
  • Oversee customer experience operations, ensuring timely and satisfactory resolution of inquiries or issues.
  • Implement feedback loops with customers to gather insights on pain points and enhance the overall customer journey.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to ensure customer expectations are met from order to delivery.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 3+ years of experience in a similar role
  • Strong understanding of supply chain management, inventory control, and fulfillment processes.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with a track record in process improvement and scaling.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and people management skills.
  • Ability to manage budgets, track financial performance, and handle administrative responsibilities.
  • Tech-savvy, with experience in operational systems and e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, inventory management tools).
  • A strategic thinker who is also hands-on, able to inspire and manage a small team while driving the brand’s operational success.

  • This role is based in our West London studio (In-person role due to daily on-site operations)
