Delivery

  • General Delivery Information:

    1. Thank you for your order! Delivery will be made as soon as possible after your order is accepted.
    2. For non-personalised/made-to-order items, we aim to ship within 1 working day. (This does not include weekends)
    3. For all personalised orders we aim to ship within 48 working hours.
    4. Once you have placed your order, you will receive order confirmation and shipping notifications via email.

  • Made-to-order and Personalised Items:

    1. We now ship all personalised/made-to-order items within 48 working hours, (unless otherwise specificed on the product page) your order will then ship to you on your chosen delivery service which the customer chooses at checkout. 
    2. If you need your item sooner please select the Express Shipping at checkout.
    3. Please do email us at info@gigiandolive.com if are in rush or need something urgently and we will always endeavour to help and prioritise.
    4. If you have ordered a selection of products, both customised and not, these will not ship without all items being ready for dispatch. Once all your products have been prepared, your package will be shipped.

  • EU Orders:

    We ship all our EU orders via our home in Amsterdam, to ensure you receive your order without paying any duties or taxes. 

    Once your order arrives in Amsterdam, orders are shipped via DPD and DHL, depending on the size and weight of the items. We cannot be held responsible for delays with couriers or delivery caused by incorrect shipping information.

  • International Orders:

    Orders shipping to rest of world, may be subject to the payment of import duties and taxes. The customer is responsible for payment of any such import duties and taxes. You may not cancel the order and send it back to us if the goods have been personalised or are 'made to order.’

  • Local Collection:

    Orders can be collected from our West London studio on Monday to Friday, between 9am and 5pm (excluding Bank Holidays). If you choose local pick up at check-out you will get an email notifcation when your order is ready to be collected.
