We understand that sometimes orders can be particularly urgent and will do all we can to get your Handmade items to you asap. We have a long list of beautiful customer orders we are working through daily and our standard items take between 5-10 working days (please check the specific product for exact timings). They are then shipped with your chosen service (standard or express). If you need your order urgently you can choose one of our Rushed Made To Order Fee. The cost ranges between £30 - £200 and means we will make and ship your order within the time option you have chosen.
- Please note you must still choose Express Shipping if you need express shipping to deliver the next business day.
- We are no longer able to guarantee delivering your 'made-to-order' items in under 5 days without opting for this service.
- If you need a London Courier we can also organise with you.
